Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact Ross or Jenn at Hill Agility by phone at 778-433-2898 within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs on approved returns are at Customers expense, original shipping costs will  not be refunded.

Customer must return product in original condition and in reasonable packaging to prevent shipping damage, Hill Agility must receive the equipment in good condition to issue a refund.

There are no returns on custom built equipment. (Non standard sizes, irregular contact zones, Custom colours)

Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced at Hill Agility’s discretion. Just send us a picture and description of the issue.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs include any fuel surcharges, taxes and insurance. We do not charge for packaging or handling.

All in stock items ship every Friday from our Victoria BC location.  We are not currently taking automatic orders for out of stock items, please contact us to discuss your needs and our current wait times.

US orders ship from Washington state.  Cut off day for shipping is Sunday midnight two weeks prior (any in stock items ordered before cut off time will ship within a two week period).

Shipping is “FOB Destination”. (The sale is complete at the buyer’s delivery destination and all freight charges are included in our shipping quote.)

Local pick-up is offered free of charge to any customer who wishes to pick-up from the shop and is available by appointment only.
