Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact Ross or Jenn at Hill Agility by phone at 778-433-2898 within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs on approved returns are at Customers expense, original shipping costs will  be refunded.

Customer must return unused product in the original packaging to original delivery location.

There are no returns on custom built equipment. (Non standard sizes, irregular contact zones, Custom colours)

Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced at Hill Agility’s discretion. Just send us a picture and description of the issue.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs include any fuel surcharges, taxes and insurance. We do not charge for packaging or handling.

Canadian courier orders ship every Wednesday, Canadian truck freight ships every Thursday. Cut off day for  shipping is Sunday midnight (any in stock items ordered before cut off time will ship on the next scheduled shipping day).

US orders ship from Washington state on the first Monday of every month. Cut off day for shipping is Sunday midnight one week prior (any in stock items ordered before cut off time will ship on the next scheduled Monday).

Shipping is “FOB Destination”. (The sale is complete at the buyer’s delivery destination and Hill Agility is responsible for freight costs/liability)

Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery standard depending on availability and production schedule.

Local pick-up is offered free of charge to any customer who wishes to pick-up from the shop and is available by appointment only.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on oversize items is to any Day and Ross depot, Customer is responsible to pick up within 24 hours of notification, holding charges after 24 hours will be the customers responsibility.  Curbside delivery can only be done with customer present and available to assist driver unloading, if you are not able to assist please contact us for a quote.

Free shipping on regular size items will be courier to serviced locations.  Signature required is standard on all shipments from Hill Agility, if Customer requests non signature delivery then Hill Agility holds no responsibility for missing or damaged items.
